District Governor, Serge Poulin tragically passed away in a car accident on Monday, August 3.It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of District Governor Serge Poulin. Serge died in a fatal car crash on Monday morning, August 3. Rotary Clubs in District 7790 are mourning this great loss to our district, Rotary as a whole, and for his friends and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with those closest to him. Serge embodied Rotary and Service Above Self. His kindness, humility, and unwavering commitment to others inspired everyone around him. Even in his absence, he continues to unite us, reminding us to reach out, support one another, and lead with compassion. He has already helped clubs Create Lasting Impact, and his legacy will live on through our clubs, district, and the good work Rotarians continue to do.
